In certain very exceptional circumstances, applications on the iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch may abruptly stop executing. When this happens, information about what your application was doing right before this crash is written out to a Crash Log. These Crash Logs are invaluable to us being able to diagnose the problem that occurred and ultimately fix the cause to prevent it from happening again.

How To Locate A Crash Log

To locate a crash log, sync your iOS device first, then navigate to

Mac OS X

~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice//

Windows Vista/Windows 7

C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice<your iOS device's name>\

Windows XP

C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter<your iOS device's name>\

within this directory there should be a file or files whose filename starts with Folio. Please attach these when creating a discussion on our support page.
